BROKI's model is simple: savings = Price A − Price B. You keep 70% of the savings, BROKI earns 30% — and if there are no savings, our fee is $0.
Price A — Reference price. By default, the official manufacturer MSRP for the specific vehicle, verified against the vehicle's official information and equipment. Exception: if you provide a prior, current, and verifiable purchase offer, BROKI may use that offer as the reference price — it must be for the same vehicle or a truly equivalent one. Price A is set and documented before negotiation begins.
Price B — Negotiated price. The sale price BROKI secures. It includes mandatory dealership charges that affect the vehicle's effective price. Taxes and government charges are shown separately. Trade-in, financing, and incentives you don't qualify for are never included.
Formulas — Negotiated savings = Price A − Price B · BROKI fee = 30% of the negotiated savings · Your net savings = 70% of the negotiated savings. If there is no positive savings, BROKI's fee is zero.
Example: MSRP $35,000 — negotiated price $32,000 — savings obtained $3,000 — BROKI fee (30%) $900 — your net savings $2,100.
This calculation measures savings against the agreed reference price — not necessarily against the price you might have obtained negotiating on your own. Calculator figures are illustrative; the binding figures for your operation are the ones documented in your offer and service agreement.
If we don't save you money, our negotiation fee is $0. Tell us the new car you want — we handle the dealerships.
