Last updated: October 2026. These terms describe the BROKI advisory and negotiation service. Your individual engagement is governed by the written BROKI Service Agreement you sign before we begin — if anything here differs from that agreement, the signed agreement controls.
BROKI is an independent car buying advisory and negotiation service for new vehicles. We research, compare, and negotiate with dealerships on your behalf. BROKI is not a dealership: your purchase or lease is always completed directly between you and the dealership.
You keep 70% of the verified savings; BROKI receives 30%. Verified savings are measured against the agreed baseline in your service agreement: an original comparable dealership offer you provide, or the official MSRP of the exact vehicle when there is no prior verifiable offer. If there are no qualifying savings, the negotiation fee is $0. Taxes, registration, dealer fees, and financing costs are disclosed separately.
BROKI does not guarantee a specific purchase price, lease payment, or savings amount. Outcomes depend on the vehicle, dealer inventory, incentives, and market conditions at the time of your purchase. Estimates shown on this website, including the savings calculator, are illustrative only.
Financing and refinancing support is provided as guidance and coordination. Where a service requires a licensed provider, BROKI coordinates with appropriately licensed providers, and all applications and approvals are completed by you with that provider or the dealership.
